The Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity has provided homeownership opportunities for more than 50 families in the Erie area including 4 in Union City for over 20 years. We have built both new construction and have rehabbed several homes for new families during this time.

New construction Habitat houses are generally a 3 or 4 bedroom design. House size is based on family need. All our new construction houses include a shed for extra storage, washer and dryer hook-ups, and a drive-way for off-street parking.
